For example, if you have thought about going to the office early, you cannot expect to wake on time for the very first time. It will take time to develop that routine in your lifestyle.
LOOKING FOR ALTERNATIVE WAYS TO ACHIEVE THE GOAL:
Having said that, you need not backslide yourself. It is quite often seen that you end up thinking about achieving the goal if you fail in achieving those smaller steps. It is quite normal to find it difficult in bringing that change initially but you would achieve success at a later change and even if you don’t find success it is best to look out for alternative ways rather than completing abolishing the goal.
